How do I fix Printer spooler not responding error in Vista Ultimate

On my Macbook I upgrade Windows Vista Home premium to Vista Ultimate. After upgrading, my printers stop working and I end up getting windows alert that my print spooler is not responding. I tried to stop and start services manually but no luck. I also tried to delete and rename printer from system32\spool folder.
I have deleted all the printers from the list except one of the network IP printer which I could not delete. Every time when I tried to delete it stops print spooler service and unable to delete.
There is no document in the print que waiting to print.
