If you're not sure how to upload a page to your domain, you may want to hire a web designer to get you started... You can learn to do it on your own, but if you're wanting a good looking website and want to have a store front set-up it can be a daunting task for a beginner. is a good place to start for learning web-design.

Oh, and "site under construction" is considered bad form these days... You'd do better to make a simple teaser page with something like "Coming soon!" or even not put anything at all on your domain until you're ready to launch your site.

There are thousands of web hosts, and each of them has different processes and tools for web publishing.

Whichever company you use to host the site will likely have some information on what you do next.  Check with their home page for help, and if they don't offer anything substantive, let us know who the host is and what your hosting plan is, and we can try to make some suggestions.
start with front page
it is a good start for biggeners
connect the front page with your host
