Print Queues

I am new to the industry and have my first major task.  I want to make sure it is done perfectly.  I need to change approximately 24 print queues to different servers.  What are the steps to make this process happen?  I originally took this job to be mentored by my "boss", however, he quit before I started thus leaving the weight on myself.

What you need to do is first install the printers on the new server.
They need to be installed and shared.
From the existing server get the following
Printer Model
Port(IP Address)
Share Name - I would use the same share names for the sake of the end user unless of course there is a disatrous naming convention that needs to be remedied.
Security Info

Install, Share and set privs on new server.

Change the clients to use the new server. Not sure if this is manual or script in your org.
