HP Scanjet 5590 cannot scan to email for a paticular user.

I have a user who has an HP Scanjet 5590 on her PC. She user to be able to scan documents to her Outlook email in .pdf format. Now when she attempt this she recieves an error message stating Send to email failed! I look in as administrator and it works just fine. I log in as my user name and it works as well. The error message simply states Failed to send to email! I checked all of the permissions for the folders to insure she has full control. She is also a local admin on the PC. I worked with an HP tech support guy yesterday to uinstall and resinstall all of the software that came with the PC. It worked using the administrator logon. I should have tested the users logon before letting tech support off the hook. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
