Can not install windows 2000 sp4 without internet access

I have an old Dell Inspiron 7000 laptop running Windows Professional 2000 that still serves a good purpose. I wanted to load Office2003 onto it but the Office installer notified me that I needed to upgrade to W2K SP4. I downloaded the service pack from my production machine which is connected to the Internet onto a USB fob. The Inspiron has no way to connect to the Internet.

When I executed SP4 from the USB fob on the Inspiron, I go a message that the service pack could not access the Internet and that I should download a different version of W2k SP4 that allows the service pack to be loaded without Internet connectivity. But I cannot find that exe.

Can you please help?

Thanks,
Lenny

Seems like the full download is pretty much retired.
It should have been available from here:
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Network Install for IT Professionals
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1001aaf1-749f-49f4-8010-297bd6ca33a0
The site itself is still available through Google's cache, but even the real download location (http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/6/a/e6a04295-d2a8-40d0-a0c5-241bfecd095e/W2KSP4_EN.EXE) is dead.
Google for W2KSP4_EN.EXE (assuming you want the English version), and look for a mirror that seem reliable.
