SVN (subversion software)

I am setting up SVN for windows and get this error.  Plus the service will not start.  I used the Svn1ClickSetup-1.3.3.exe to install the software and I believe the admin software is Tortuise.

svn ls svn://localhost/
svn: Can't connect to host 'localhost': No connection could be made because the
target machine actively refused it.

Sounds like your firewall has been applied to loopback interface. Try turning off firewall and then test.

It ended up being a drive issue.  The repository was located on a Mapped Drive and it wasn't working for some reason.  Once I re-installed and installed locally (c:\) it seemed to have fixed it.
