I want to know in the simplest terms, how to create a recipient policy that I can use to control the age of messages in users' mailboxes. &nbsp;I have created a secondary policy with the correct age limits and filtered it to affect all users but it does not seem to actually do anything with the messages. <br />

The report generated says it has moved them around but they still appear in the users' mailbox.<br />
