RPC/HTTPS in exchange server 2003 has been renamed to Outlook Anywhere and OWA is the same as it was is in legacy exchange servers.

Difference between both of them is, outlook anywhere enables you to use outlook client from outside your company network and over the internet without having connectivity to your corporate network. However, OWA is totally a different concept where it can also be accessed over the internet with few limited features available with it.
