Tally Printing error

i am facing a problem in Tally 6.3. When I tried to print an invoice it is giving an error and exiting from Tally. Error is as follows..

"Exiting Tally!. Error in TDL.Insufficient height to allocate!"

Please let me know if anybody can help me out in this issue

    When did this start ?
    Does it work on other computers ?

    have you rebooted ?

    have you checked the printer config options and compared with a working computer ?

    What printer ?

    How is it connected ( Local, USB, network ? )
