Can you try:
telnet x.x.x.x 3389
where x.x.x.x is the remote PCs IP address.
Do you get an error message for does it make a connection (the screen goes black for 30 or so seconds...)

To confirm: are you unable to establish an Remote Desktop session completely or does it work on the local network but not over the Internet?
If it is the latter then you need to set up port forwarding on your router/firewall and use your external IP address.

yes I can connect with telnet x.x.x.x 3389 no problem..remote desktop connection session can not establish completely,I get that error after computername or ip adress in the box on remote desktop connection wizard when I click connect just at that moment...
have you checked the status of terminal services , or the event log as per my earlier post ?
I am almost sure you will find an RDP related error in the event log.

If this fails. Please respond. If it is sucessful- try disabling the windows firewall completely and see if that works.
