how can i measure metrics for application usage on citrix 4.5
hi there,
I have packaged couple of applications using softgrid 4.2 in Test and published them on citrix 4.5 farm.
now I want to measure metrics for this virtualised applications but don't know how can i measure them ....its a bit urgent for me....any quick help in this regard would be highly appriciable.
App Metrics I am looking to capture are cpu,memory, disk i/o and bandwidth used by each app.
method of access is Citrix Program Neighbourhood, WebAccess
OS : Windows 2003 sp2

Depending on yur version of 4.5, you may be able to use Citrix Report Center to get that data.

please let me know the steps what i need to so that i can save the results as excel or any other format.

Resource Manager is another option if yoo have the Enterprise version of PS 4.5.

i am only intrested in application specific metrics not server. please let me know if there are any other ways to measure app metrics.
ex :
App Name : MS Word
CPU : 5%-10% of 2333 mhz
Memory : 20mb
bandwidth : 10kb
etc

Resource Manager will give you some of that such as CPU and memory. You must have the Enterprise version of PS though.

i do have ent version of ps 4.5 but can't see application specific metrics please let me know f its possible any other way ..thanks
