Brightstar ARCserve backup

I have been getting the following errors for days. I have tried to clear the errors and reboot, reset, but to no avail:

these errors are releated to VLDB database which arcserve uses, go to server admin tab avaliable under quick start and then click on configuration and then select astpsdat and asobject and perform initialise

This will clear the contents of VLDB astpsdat and your backups will start working fine, also make sure you clear temp folder and files which starts with R* under database folder and perform recycle of services through cstop and cstart

got this far but could not find where to: then select astpsdat and asobject and perform initialise

i did not find those particular options. where would i find them?
