That explains why I can't get to the file because it was an incorrect file name that we had... unfortunately looks like I do not have access to that file. I know I have downloaded from cisco in the past without issue but this file requires higher level access? &nbsp;Hmmmm.....

Ok... it shows me being logged in as a guest user... we have a maintenance contract on a few ASA's that we installed in the past year. I have to believe that we should have access somehow thru a valid account. Guess we should get ahold of our Cisco rep...

yes you must have valid access. else you dont had control of your contracts. it uses same login.
