Is there a way to access an internal router from the ASA? I have an ssh session to the outside interface of my ASA. I would like to telnet to the internal router from the ASA for administration.

Is this possible?

No, this is not possible.  You'll have to allow telnet or SSH through the ASA to the router itself.
