NLB with Terminal Server 2008

I want to use load balancing with 2 windows Server 2008 terminal servers. However, I want my users to have the same profile regardless if they login to server 1 or server 2. I know I can setup Terminal Services profiles in AD, but what if that server that is hosting the profile paths crashes? WIll the users connect to the server using default user profiles? I also know I can setup their profiles using SQL, but what if the SQL server crashes? I want to ensure some type a failover that won't disrupt the users. Any ideas?

If the profile is unavailable the client will get a temporary default user profile from the local server.  Changes to it won't be saved.  However, once the server hosting the User Profiles has been brought back on-line (because you have a great disaster recovery plan), all will be well again.
