Error synchronizing with Exchange 2003 (0x8004010E)- "There are not enough system resources available for this operation"

I have a user that continues to receive this message when she hits the send/receive.  I have reloaded the software and removed/added the email profile.  The hard drive has ample space available and 2GB of memory. Any suggestions?  All other users are fine.

Ask the user to login to different system and have a check, if it works fine, then reconfigure users login profile.

Thanks for the info.  I don't know the cause but after I deleted the user's profile from the PC and recreated it, everything seemed to work fine.
