When re-open the form Datagridview duplicate the lines

I creat one Datagridview with 20 rows and 3 columns, It's working fine, until I close the form and re-open, when I did it the rows are duplicate so , 20 grows to 40, to 60.... What I'm doing wrong ?.

Do you dispose the form ?
Try to create a new instance of the form to load.
