I believe ajax tool kit is for the .net environment, so unless they have some type of fancy com support that I am not aware of(admittedly, I don't know much about ajax toolkit), I don't think it's possible to use it in asp classic

Morcalavin is right, You need at least ASP.NET 2.0 to use the MS Ajax toolkit

how can i use collaspable panel and cascading dropdown controls without using toolkit.
is there any code .
please help me.

There are a number of different javascript/ajax enabled toolkits that are platform/language/technology independent.
Try looking into some of the following
dojo
ext.js
mootools
yahoo framework

Morcalavin thank you
so i can download those toolkits and can use in classic asp right.then how can i send to production.
Yes.  They are javascript toolkits, so they are not based on any particular server side language.
I'm not sure what you mean by your second question.  How you send to production is based entirely on you or your company's policy for doing such a thing.
