Cannot print PDF in TS 2008
Several users are complaining of getting symbols where words and numbers should be. The issue only happens when printing a pdf.

Update the printer driver. If this is only happening in .pdf files when printing via TS, make sure the same version of Adobe is on the the TS & the clients machines.

I have updated the drivers, and powercycled the printers and computers
There is a hotfix for client computers running Windows XP, KB946411, that corrects this problem. I've seen it a couple weeks ago on my own machine, and resolved with the hotfix rather quickly. It is not available for direct download on the MS website - you have to call their support about it or google for NDP30SP1-KB946411-x86.exe.
Update: now that .NET 3.0 SP2 was released, NDP30SP2-KB946411-x86.exe is the proper file to download. You can get it at The Hotfix Share Portal.

I tried the hotfix but it keeps printing symbols.

I have updated and installed the pack on the client pc but the issue still continues. I even updated to 3.5 and did the hot fix still did not work.
