Resizable Frames in CSS

I'm building a page that would normally work with frames, but I'd like to use CSS.  The catch is the frames must be resizable.  Are there any good tutorials out there that I can look at to accomplish this?

i have used the jquery splitter in the past, very fancy biscuits
