Hello,
I related my problem.
I have to make an applet in JAVA to generate a CSR, send it to CA and when I recive the certificate, install it into Windows Store.

The firsts steps I've already done, but I don't know how to install it into Windows store without user's intervention. I generate a PFX using the private key and Certificate in PEM obtain from CA.

Maybe using some script to do it...

Thanks

Use the certificates manager tool:

certmgr -add -all -c "CERTIFICATE.P7B" -s -r localMachine Root

Can I use it from an apple?
It depends on the OS installed. PPC with Windows should work just fine. You posted this in a Windows OS zone so I replied with a Windows-based solution :)
The question was answered......

I know, but I post the same question in Java zone, and send me here.

"PPC with Windows should work just fine"---> Could you explain this, please?

Thanks

I use the command
certmgr -add -all -c "CERTIFICATE.pfx" -s -r localMachine Root

The response was

Error: Failed to open the source store
CertMgr Failed

Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

thanks
You must have administrator priviledges, and you must execute that command from the directory that the certificate is located. it may help to put the full path there (i.e. "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\USERNAME\DESKTOP\CERTIFICATE.PFX"
certmgr doesn't install .PFX, only certs (because of password). But thanks, I already solved it.

I use JAWIN to link CAPICOM with my applet. THe solution has not accuracy.

But thanks otherwise
