when IBM T60 standby goes NMI parity check error

I update my IBM T60 (with ATI  X1300) to windows 2003R2,every thing is all right except when I press standby button (Just standby function ),then blue screen error : NMI parity check error....
It likes ATI X1300 mobility driver's problem, which on XP is OK. I'm sure that my memory is OK .

Not sure this will help, but give it a try. It's a patch from Micro$oft for hibernation issues with laptops that we used to fix some T61's here at work.

No work!
If I want to remove or disable Standby button/function, how to do this ? (OS Windows 2003 R2 sp1)
