when IBM T60 standby goes NMI parity check error

I update my IBM T60 (with ATI  X1300) to windows 2003R2,every thing is all right except when I press standby button (Just standby function ),then blue screen error : NMI parity check error....
It likes ATI X1300 mobility driver's problem, which on XP is OK. I'm sure that my memory is OK .

Ahh, I see. You are running Win2k3 on a laptop. Sorry for not realizing this sooner. Yes, your best bet is to disable this as I'm pretty sure Win2k3 server is not designed to be put into stand by mode.

Try going into the BIOS and disabling all power management features from here, or change them to always on.

Not sure this will help, but give it a try. It's a patch from Micro$oft for hibernation issues with laptops that we used to fix some T61's here at work.
