Not sure this will help, but give it a try. It's a patch from Micro$oft for hibernation issues with laptops that we used to fix some T61's here at work.<br />

I update my IBM T60 (with ATI &nbsp;X1300) to windows 2003R2,every thing is all right except when I press standby button (Just standby function ),then blue screen error : NMI parity check error.... <br />
It likes ATI X1300 mobility driver's problem,which on XP is OK. I'm sure that my memory is OK . <br />
