Outlook Calendar Sharing

My boss would like to have replies to her meeting requests sent to her assistant instead of back to herself.  Is this possible?  Her assistant currently has full "owner" rights to her calendar.
Thanks,
Greg

Yes make sure "send meeting request and responses only to my delegates, not to me" is checked

This would be perfect, but everything on the delegates tab is ghosted out or unavailable.  Does that make sense?
Even the Add button? Everything will be grey till you Add someone...
I received the following message when I try to access the Delegates Tab.

"The Delegates page is not available.  Cannot access Outlook folder.  The connection to Microsoft Exchange is not available.  Outlook must be on-line or connected to complete this action"

Outlook is connected and the user is receiving e-mail, etc.  ?
Sorry you are not using Exchange? If it is a POP3 server and mail is being delivered to a PST you can not use delegates as I suggested.
No, we are using exchange.  We have no POP3 accounts.
Was the Exchange box possibly upgraded from an earlier version? What version of Exchange before and after? If you create a new mailbox today does the same error occur?
This one is pretty old but describes your error.

You could start simple and clean any rules.
Click Start, click Run, type outlook /cleanrules, and then click OK.

I have to run, but I'll revisit first thing in the morning and try the suggestions.
Thanks a lot.

I don't see anywhere that it is being delivered to a .pst.  I don't believe that it is, but where can I check this?
I am still having the issue, but the solution that was provided would have worked if my system was set up differently.  The answer provided is a correct solution.  Thanks
