2 domains with exchange 2003 I need to have mail from one server forwarded to another

We have a user who works for two seperate companies ( seperate domains)
I have his iPhone setup on our local Exchange so i ahve requested the admin to ahve his other mail forwarded to our domain, is this the best way to run this?

    If you are wanting all his mail in a single mailbox, and to be retrievable on his iPhone, then yes.

    This also allows him to view both accounts in one OWA session as well.

    I want to consolidate his contacts and such  locally, the remote domain admin is not real repsonsive.
