Drop individual steps and run manually to see which step fails. When you find which step fails, remove it and put it in it's own maintenance plan to run after then other one. If it still fails, come back here and post the error message.

Is there a chance that you are running out of disk space where the .mdf and .ldf files are stored?

1. Create an error logging file in the corresponding job step for this maintenance plan (should be available under Advanced/Options tab in job step)

2. Execute the job

3. Check the log file searching on the pattern 'error'

This will give you an indication of what's wrong.. Post the error here if you cannot determine the reason or cause..
