ISC DHCPd in Webmin - need to add ip exception

I have a ISC DHCPd version 3.0.3 that is being controlled by webmin and CANNOT figure out how to add an IP exception to the subnet, so that the dhcp server does not try to hand this particular address out.

Any ideas how to do this?

in dhcpd.conf , you should be able to define by selecting range suppose if you just want to give 2-220, it will just give from 2 to 220, nothing else
but i am not sure which dhcp verstion is ISC DHCPd version 3.0.3
