I want to prevent users from accessing computers other than theirs in a 2003 active directory environment

Operating system : 2003 server
Objective : to restrict users from joining domain from other computers than the one they are allowed.
for example ,
Mr.Tom  is not allowed to join domain    avalon.local    from    Mr.George's    computer.
Mr.Tom can log into avalon.local from his own computer only .

    but sir, I have doubt that if someone changes his computer name and tries to join domain then, cant he able to join?

    No.... the attribute beneath that setting links back to a unique identifier for the PC. If the PC name changes then so does the underlying attribute.
