How to create clickable areas on an image in visual studio

I used to use dreamweaver where you could draw clickable areas on an image and it would build the coordinate description for you. Is there a similar way to do this in Visual Studio?

    Not out of the box.  I have read about add-ons that have hotspot editing, but it is usually a small part of a larger add-in.

    The Microsoft product for Dreamweaver-like tasks is Expression Studio 2
