Act 10 premium for web.
Office 2007.
XP Pro.
Error on installing the outlook integration,
the installer has detected a previous version of Act! premium for web outlook integration and it goes on to recommend removing it through control panel and re-installing. (The issue became present after it through an error on un-installing it previously).
Problem is it is not listed in control panel nor is it listed in the windows cleanup utility, I have gone through the registry cleaning up as many APFW keys as possible but the installer will not go through.

Any Ideas?

What version of APFW from help | about (full build)?

I recommend 10.03 + Hotfix 1 from http://www.act.com/support/updates/index.cfm?show_downloads=true&product=12&version=1&locale=6
If running sync or LAN users as well, they will also need to update to 10.03

The KB article walked through some of the keys that needed removing - this however did not resolve the issue. There was a stray key or two in the Registry that referenced the install path of the outlook integration - removing this key resolved the issue. Keys were found by doing a find for "Act" in the registry.

10.0.3 had a lot more sync fixes for Act - Good suggestion to update if a sync issue is present. Client site had to many users to roll that suggestion out in the first instance.
