Querystring, LCID

I have a problem where the textbox of a form is getting it's value from a "&name=dsds d" querystring value. My problem is that querystring CAN hold special characters like å ä ö. When the characters are moved "back" to the textbox, it appears är cubes. How do I avoid this?

Use, Server.UrlEncode, when passing as querystring and use Server.UrlDecode when you access the query string value.

u mean using server.urlencode and urldecode instead of request.querystring in overall? and on same way? I will try and read about it.

No, Server.UrlEncode(<querystring>), before redirecting and after landing on the desired page, and while you assign the value in the textbox use
Textbox1.Text = Server.UrlDecode(<desired_Query_String_Param>)
