how do i make a basic voice dictation software using c#

i need codes in c# for making a notepad software which will covert my voice to text. rather than typing from the keyboard. iam using c#. so it will be nice if u can provide me with some codes.

    Are you sure building this from scratch will be time/cost effective?
    There are a lot of off the shelf products that do this already.
