How to add MS CRM additional license

Hi all,

This may be a really stupid question, but I'm struggling with this.

I have a client who installed MS CRM 4.0 using their Action Pack subscription that comes with a 5-user license. They need to add 1 more license and purchased it through our company, which is a reseller.

We received the License Agreement from Microsoft and entered the license agreement and authorization # in Eopen as one usually does, but there isn't any license key anywhere.

How do I go about adding this license to the installation?

Thanks in advance for the help.

You are unfortunately not allowed to use a combination of Action Pack and purchased licenses.

Aside from you not being allowed to (in terms of Microsoft Licensing Agreements), the Action Pack comes with the Workgroup version of CRM 4.0, which only caters for a Maximum of 5 licenses. You would need to upgrade to CRM 4.0 Professional to get any additional license capability.

Sorry I don't have any good news for you on this one.
