Hi There!

Could anybody suggest which is the best ERP system for a small trading company (25+ employees).
Most important modules are Accounting, Order Management, CRM, Payroll, Task and Calendering function for multiple users.

I can't suggest a specific system.  However, I noticed that you included a number of other capabilities in your listing - such as CRM.  Many businesses find that the CRM capabilties that are built into ERP applications are insufficient for true customer management.  You may want to look into an "integrated" approach versus a "best of breed" approach.
If you want one package that can do it all, I've heard good things about NetSuite.  I'm sure there are others out there, but I'm afraid I don't know much about that.
If you want to go the "best of breed" route, then there will be many other questions to answer.
You may want to check out the offerings available from Microsoft:
