I recently reinstalled Windows on my Dell Inspiron 6000, and everything seems to be working fine except my CD/DVD drive.  I am able to read/write CDs, but not able to read/write DVDs.  I have downloaded the optional application for the CD/DVD ROM, but it doesn't seem to install anything, only opens up a DVD application.  Where else can I go besides the Dell site to get the right update?  Is there a possibility there is something wrong with the DVD but not the CD reader?  It's the TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSL462C model that shows up in Device Manager.
