Forward an email from another users Mailbox

Hey people,

Not a big issue just want to know if it can be done or not.

A client needed access to one of her employees mailboxes as she was away on maternity leave and the employer required to gain access to the mailbox...this was fine went in AD and gave that user Mailbox rights in Exchanged Advanced.

Then from that users outlook account I gave them access to the mailbox fine and they can view the emails, open them etc..

However why cant that user forward email from her email account? Is there something I am missing, when the user tries to forward any mails (from the user on maternity leave)

all the main user gets is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
      Subject:  FW: SUBJECT
      Sent:     19/02/2009 15:39
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
     'Person it wants forwarding to' on 19/02/2009 15:39
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=DOMAIN:SERVER

Just a side note on this.. When I need to something like this I tend to use Outlook Web Acess and then it is a little easy to clean up afterwards...
