Are you running a profile trace or performance logging in the background? Can you isolate/identify the action that is causing this error??

I believe its because of overuse of server resource.

Use Perfmon to watch the resource usage status, and for the line in read, we only can know its the peak value in during the process of your application.

What I suggest is opening your SQL profile and starting a new trace to track the SQLServers behavior, and make a compare with your performance tool and try to catch the SQLServers behavior while the peak point occurs in your performance tool. In this way, it maybe can help you find the potential cause of the problem.

It was an issue with the HP diagnostics .net probe. Just had to adjust the max URI capabilities. Info install document.
