Q. Why does Photoshop CS4 LightSteelBlue have a slight green cast and does not match IE7 color?

    Most likely photoshop is rendering it different due to the way your color settings are set up.

    Correct! I dug into the Photoshop settings and changed the colors to Windows instead of the default Photoshop colors. Thanks again...
