Citrix Windows Server 2003

Hi Everyone,
I currently have 4 Citrix servers in one farm, with 20 users connected they all have 8GB of RAM. 4GB usable due to the 32 bit restriction.

I see I only have about 700MB in use on all  servers and the servers seem to be paging anywhere from 50-100 times per second giving me high loads on my load evaluators?

Doess anyone know why a server would page when it really does not have to?

It is an ILB issue, and seems to be normal.
