Given a wsdl. How do I create a class using xmlobj?

Which programming language do you need the class generated in? Is that C#?

There was a an errror downloading. do i save this file on my machine and name it with asmx
?

That link you just pasted asks for username and password. It will be better you have the wsdl file in your local drive

Yes you save it as WebService_SIM.WSDL and use the wsdl.exe to convert it to a .net class
