No clue. I can only say that kSpam does a great job when it comes to avoiding spam. See http://www.openntf.org/projects/PMT.nsf/ProjectLookup/kSpam
Does Brightmail just do SMTP filtering on incoming and outgoing or does it also check the mail box itself.
I would read the docs, since I have never used it.
It should not be difficult.
I hope this helps !

You should not be using port 26. Go back to port 25, then enforce no inbound connections except from the Brightmail authorized IP addresses, via the Server Configuration document(s). That's really all there is to it.
If Brightmail is using TLS, it is slightly more complicated. You have to enable TLS in the server document, and then you'll have to decide whether you need a setup that only supports TLS or allows non-TLS internally.

If it was working fine, why doesn't it now? Did you do an upgrade?? If that's so, you should have supplied that information, and much more. What was upgraded: Domino, or Brightmail, or the O/S? What were the previous versions? And what doesn't work now? Does mail pass through or not?

Brilliant! Some drastic measures, but they paid off!
No problem, and I appreciate the gesture.
