We have an exchange 2003 server running on Windows server 2003.  The server is also one of two domain controlers in our domain environment.  I is running GFI mailessentials, Mcafee  Virus Scan, and Groupshield.   Starting yesterday I started noticing that CPU ussage is going through the roof.  When I look at the processes tab in task manager I notice that inetinfo.exe, and RPCServe.exe are using most of the CPU.  Inetinfo.exe is looking to be the worst.  Any ideas of what it could be?

Is the high CPU usage something new or something you have just noticed recently which may have actually been occuring for a long time?

inetinfo.exe is iis related so perhaps a restart of iis is in order if this is a new problem. Some things you want to watch out for with the virus scaner that may cause problems is you dont want to scan certain exchange folder paths.
