    The print spooler keeps clogging up from an enormus amount of files (drivers) on the print spooler (PC) and I want to know which one's I need to keep in order to clear their and restart their print spooler correctly.

    Ok to clear the print spooler manually when it gets stuck you should stop the print spooler service if it is not already stopped.

    Then browse to c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS

    Then you will see some files there with .SHD and .SPL extensions.
    You can delete those and then start the print spooler and the print queues will be empty again.
