Is it possible to be able to setup the Out of Office Assistant to auto-reply more than once to each email?

If this is possible to do so, how would it be done ? "Microsoft Outlook / Exchange Configuration", "Outlook Add On", or a "Server or Client Rule"

Any feed back on this would be great.

Thanks,

Glen Harvey

I do not think this is possible.
Maybe this third party product can help you http://www.symprex.com/products/out-of-office-extender/
or you build rules in outlook

As a secure default Microsoft Exchange Server doesnt allow sending automatic forwards, replies and Out of Office Assistant Messages to the Internet more than once. The security in this is that there cant be created any mail loops and that Exchange doesnt reply to any spam messages which might lead to spam attacks. If you still want to disable this behaviour after careful consideration, there is in fact a way around it in Exchange:

(This should work, but has not been tested)

Exchange 2000/2003:

1. Open Exchange System Manager

2. Expand your site-> Global Settings-> Internet Message Format

3. In the right pane right click Default and choose Properties-> tab Advanced

4. Here you can enable or disable the automatic replying/forwarding
