Failed to Create the Crystal Query Engine (dlls not registered)

A new Crystal 10 install gives "Failed to Create the Crystal Query Engine" on launch.  Another question offered this as a solution:

This is caused by a dll that isn't registered correctly.  Instructions for registering the dll can be found here:

...which I cannot get to load (asks for a security certificate, but none on list to choose)

Can someone offer the solution in some other format?

I was able to fix it without the solution link I mentioned.  Caused by leftover .dll from a previous install of a newer version of Crystal.

I unregistered C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bincrqe.dll
then I was able to register C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin\crqe.dll

Thanks anyway!
