VBA Access Populate Website Secure Login Pop-Up

Hello all.

I'd like to be able programatically enter a Username and password value on a website's secure login pop-up.  To give you an example of a what I'm referring to, go to http://www.pallinoso.com/clientlogin/clientlogin.html.

It is possible to populate these fields and how do I go about it?

Thanks.

I'm rather hesitant to use SendKeys is there any way to do it other than that?

Here's a rough draft of my code:
Sub Upload()
Dim IE As Object
Dim strURL As String

Set IE = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")

strURL = "http://www.pallinoso.com/clientlogin/clientlogin.html"

IE.Navigate strURL

'Login

IE.Visible = True

'Rest of code

End Sub
