Windows Scanner Wizard Default Page Size

Does anyone know how to set the Default Page Size for the windows Scanner and Camera wizard? (when scanning) I checked in the properties of my scanner for a default setting, but there was none. Right now it defaults to legal, which is annoying because if I don't change it, it adds 3 inches to the bottom of my scan.

    As far as I know it's not possible to modify the default settings. Therefore I would automate the scan process and set the desired values with AutoIt (
