First, login to the Unity Express module.
  • service-module Service-Engine 0/0 session
  • conf t
Second, create a user.
  • username bob create
  • username bob phonenumber 201  (use whatever extension you assigned to Bob)
  • exit
Third, configure the user you just created.
  • enable
  • username bob fullname display "Bob Smith"
  • username bob fullname first Bob
  • username bob fullname last Smith
  • username bob password 12345 (use whatever numeric sequence you want for a password)
  • username bob pin 12345 (use whatever numeric sequence you want for a PIN)
  • exit
Last, assign the user a mail box.
  • conf t
  • voicemail mailbox owner bob
  • end
Oh and don't forget to save the config.

Have you run the following commands on your CME router?  (assume the vm pilot number is 600)

  • destination-pattern 600
  • voicemail 600

If it's not too much trouble post the running config for both the CME router and the CUE module.

Just to make sure - you do have a CUE/AIM Module installed on the router, right?  And you have installed the proper CUE software for that module?
