We have a couple of computers that are Inspiron 518's running XP pro SP3. So hardware wise they are outstanding units, Dual-core 2.5+, 2GB ram+. The issue we are having is when the user tries to open docs from my docs, word seems to hang, however when word is opened first it opens the doc right up no problems. Any thoughts or ideas?
