SATA 2 7200 rpm drive to replace my current toshiba MK 1234 GSX

Hi there,
I have a HP NC6320 laptop with a 120 GB toshiha MK1234 GSX drive.
I'm planning to replace it with the drive in this link:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148374

But I have concerns on whether or not it would work on my laptop? Thanks!

Your system will work just fine with that drive. Make sure when you install OS on it, windows XP with service pack 2 or better.
