How to configure cisco ASA 5505 for Lan to Lan and port forwarding

I want to configure a Cisco ASA5505 to do the following:
Lan to Lan.  ASA will listen on its inside interface for traffic on certain ports and forward them via its outside interface to servers on the other side of the tunnel. I hope I made it clear as to what I want.

How do I do that?

You will have to make a nat statement: apply on the inside interface and only on the specific port(s) that you want.

example: source: port 80 --> destination: port 80; apply it on inside interface.

I neglected to mention that the ASA will be making the Lan to Lan connection with VPN  3000 concentrator, can I do what I need to do with these two devices?
